How credits work
AI conversations, research, generation and AI-requested edits use credits based on the work performed. There is no fixed messages-per-credit promise. Manual edits that do not invoke AI do not use AI credits.
Billing questions
An eligible workspace receives 500 trial credits for up to 30 days. A card is required. Your selected plan starts when the trial ends unless you cancel. If credits run out sooner, you can top up or explicitly start your paid plan early.
Yes, from billing settings. Access continues through your paid-through date, then the private workspace is locked. Saved work and unused paid credits are retained so you can return.
Paid plan credits and purchased top-ups roll over. Trial credits expire at the original trial expiry; a top-up does not extend it.
Upgrades use a prorated payment and an incremental allowance after payment is confirmed, keeping your renewal date. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Review the amount and timing before confirming.
Each internal teammate needs a paid seat on the workspace plan. Credits are pooled across the workspace. Owners and administrators manage billing and invitations; members use credits for authorised work.
Private work follows workspace and document access rules. You control sharing and publishing. Review content before creating a public link or sending it to a client.
